IT Manager

Reporting to: Head of Marketing & CEO


Scope of the role includes:

1. Manage the brand's hosting and domain account;

2. Optimise brand's website operations;

3. Create landing pages, product listings and other services available;

4. Accountable for the purchase, maintenance, upgrade of all IT hardware and software assets;

5. Ensuring a smooth daily operations online;

6. Propose solutions to meet strategic objectives;

7. Responsible for all financial aspects of the team.


Competency Level:

1. Degree in Software Engineering or IT related field

2. Minimum 3 years of related experience in e-commerce industry

3. Familiar with Magento, PHP, JavaScript, HTML & CSS

4. Well versed in Google Analytics, Klaviyo and any other marketing automation and analytics platform

5. Experienced with reporting using BI tools and other data visualisation system knowledge in CX, CRM software is a plus

Production Supervisor

Reporting to: Head of Production


Scope of the role includes:

1. Assist to plan, estimate, set and schedule production according to the requirements from the orders, sales and the Company’s expansion plans;

2. Work closely with other departments to prepare and plan material usage based on demands whilst ensuring plans are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner and negotiate timelines when deemed necessary;

3. Monitor, assess and schedule maintenance and calibration for production machinery and facilities to ensure minimal downtime;

4. Assist to assess, estimate, forecast and request for the purchase of spare parts for machinery;

5. Ensure industry level health and safety regulations are met at all times;

6. Work closely with the Quality Control Department to assess, determine and enforce quality control standards together with workflow policies to enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety and integrity at all times;

7. Assist to assess, plan and create schedules for team members to ensure optimum staffing levels including working with Human Resource to forecast staffing requirements whenever necessary with the aim to build a lean yet organised production team;

8. Assist to conduct introduction and training for all new team members and schedule regular refresher training courses for new and current team members;

9. Provide motivation, support, guidance and discipline to all team members and communicate all issues, problems or obstacles to Human Resource and Management;

10. Assess, evaluate and set reporting systems and KPI for each team generally and each team member specifically;

11. Assess and manage production efficiency by improving current Standard Operating Procedures and ensure the proper implementation of the same.

12. All other tasks as deemed necessary to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.


Competency Level:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree

2. Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Manufacturing industry.

- Experience of supervisory role would be an advantage.

- Food & beverage industry experience would be an advantage, but not mandatory

Business Development Executive (Corporates)


We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Corporates) for our Malaysia office to grow our retail presence and branding. The candidate will be developing and executing the company’s corporate marketing plans across all our Malaysian market.


Scope of the role includes:

1) Develop new customer accounts and growing clientele base;

2) Manage, service and develop existing clients through customer visits and sales presentation;

3) Execute sales activities to achieve sales target, revenue & growth;

4) Review sales plans and activities with the Business Development team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of sales targets;

5) Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships to remain consistent with business principles;

6) Brainstorm and proactively create Sales Tools i.e. EDMs, Proposal Decks, Mailing List;

7) Ensure timely execution of deliveries with clients;

Export Manager


We are looking for an Export Manager based out of our Malaysia office to grow our international online and offline retail presence. The Export Manager will identify and acquire distributors in new markets as well as build deep relationships with existing distributors. The candidate will be working closely with the Marketing, Operations and Finance within Amazin’ Graze as well as distributors to achieve country-specific sales targets and branding objectives.


Scope of the role includes:

1) Conduct market research to identify suitable new markets for Amazin’ Graze and evaluate the feasibility of entering these new markets;

2) Identify, evaluate and reach out to potential distributors in high potential new markets;

3) Negotiate key distribution terms with potential partners, finalise distribution agreement and onboard new distributors to facilitate purchase orders;

4) Create market-specific business plans in collaboration with distributors to identify best products for entry, brand positioning, price positioning, suitable sales channels as well as branding & marketing plan to ensure successful brand entry and sales growth while ensuring profitability;

5) Develop and maintain trusting & professional relationship with existing distributors in order to follow closely Amazin’ Graze’s progress in these international markets and drive long term business success for both parties;

6) Develop strategies for sale of products and provide a forecast of sales to all relevant departments;

7) Manage volumes and margins to generate efficiency for manufacturing and margins for earnings;

8) Coordinate with the Marketing team on all new product launches as well as company-wide campaigns;

9) Coordinate with Production and Fulfillment team on order and packaging planning as well as various documentations;

10) Attend relevant international trade shows and conventions;

11) Manage and operate all business transactions in an ethical manner;

12) Respond promptly to customer feedback and complaints and look to find winning solutions;

13) Prepare periodic sales reports and analysis to management in order to identify key insights and facilitate decision making.


Required Skills and Requirements:

1) A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable;

2) Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the area of customer experience. Experience in leading a team would be an advantage;

Senior Graphic Designer


We are looking for a Graphic Designer that is creatively driven and innovative to produce creative works that represent the brand best, digitally and physically. In this role, you will be working together with a team of creative designers and report directly to the Head of Marketing, and will be trained to design for 365 degrees marketing campaigns.


Scope of the role includes:

1) Brand Guardian – be the brand guardian to ensure the consistent application and enforcement of Company brand identity. Develop deep knowledge and understanding of Company brand and visual identity standards to consistently apply them through design;

2) Creative Ideation – work with the marketing and business development team to brainstorm and present concept visualization for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Translate an idea into a (series of) sketches, designs, storyboards, renders & prototypes to make the idea tangible;

3) New Product Line / Campaign Development: Create and lead concepts and ideation for new product line or campaigns, including packaging concepts, art direction and others. Create and monitor the project timeline to ensure a smooth process between departments and a smooth launch;

4) Visual Merchandising: Create eye-catching product displays at retail stores to highlight the product's strength and promote the image of the Company through creative planograms and others;

5) Multimedia Design - create visual design for marketing campaigns (BTL and TTL), including online creatives (e.g. website design, email marketing, social media posts and advertisements, Google Display advertisement) and offline & print creatives (merchandising materials, pamphlets, brochures and posters);

6) Assist with coordinating and conducting brand and product photoshoots or video shoots with in-house or third-party supplier;

7) Mentorship & Leadership – mentor and guide junior creative designers in the Company to reach their full potential;

8) Creative Assets Management - Assist to actively build and maintain a library of approved digital, multimedia and print assets;

9) Coordination with Suppliers – work with printing, packaging and other vendors to create product prototypes and maintain or improve print quality;
