PEANUT BUTTER & SALTED GULA MELAKA GRANOLA FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Salted Gula Melaka Granola
- 2/3 cup Milk (dairy or non-diary)
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Nut Butter for serving
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 6 slices Brioche Bread
- Cooking Spray (Oil)
Method:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium. Spray with canola spray oil.

Dip slices of bread into egg mixture, turning to coat. Let excess drip off bread, then carefully move bread on griddle and cook for about 4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining slices of bread.
